Tenant Finder service - £200 (no vat)
Full Management – currently offering at 8%* of the monthly rent

* Multiple property portfolios may be entitled to a reduced full management rate.

Monthly rental collection – including late payment follow ups and handling rent arrears

Property maintenance requirements – take tenant requests, arrange required contractor visits, provide quotes and organise remedial works

Property inspections – regular property inspections undertaken with reported feedback

24/7 accessibility – 24 hour tenant contact including ‘out of hours’ for emergencies

Compliance measures - monitoring and implementing statutory compliance to ensure you remain up to date with legislation

Requests – Each property is different. If you have any specific duties that are not mentioned, there is a strong chance we can include them within your chosen service package upon request.
